Manzanillo is a beautiful city that is full of life that still sems to maintain a traditional Mexico feel, while being quite americanized in some parts. Real estate is still relatively cheap aswell which is a great surprise, I was looking at a appartment the other day for only 3000$ pesos a month which is excellent for that area. <a href="http://www.mexicocb.com" rel="nofollow">Manzanillo real estate</a> is going to be waay up there soon though so I might try to get in there before it does, it is definately at the top of my places that I would like to be in if I continued to live in Mexico long term.
